For me I platinumed all the dmc series except for the reboot which I'm gonna do eventually but the hardest was definitely the first one omg it was so frustrating and so hard the boss fight were crazy difficult!!!

03.02.2023Devil May Cry in general is very hard to Platnium. You have to be VEEEERY good at the game to accomplish that goal. You have to beat Devil May Cry games in all difficulties & that's no easy feat since how hard the games can be.

01.02.2023It wasn't as difficult as I thought, as I have played many hack and slash games before. The only problem was the DMD difficulty IMO, enemies just have way more health pool compared to SoS and HaH, fortunately there are many cheese guides out there that helped me cleared DMD with S ranks, and completed the all achievements with about 120 hours

01.02.2023As a fellow platinum owner of this love and hate relationship with this game, playing over the story line on 6 different difficulties, (total of 120 missions back to back), playing the Tower mode consists of 101 levels with each character Dante, V, Nero & Vergil. Nothing comes close to the sheer misery BS scoring system of Mission 10 for a S ranked 😐. BASICALLY you have to do a NO HIT RUN with Dante for DOUBLE score for a S rank and with NO HELP that you have to do a boss battle with Urizen STILL NOT GETTING HIT. Omg thinking about it is relapsing PTSD for me.GOD BLESS you with alot MOTIVATION. CONGRATS MAN ON THE PLATINUM 🎉🎊

01.02.2023You can actually die to the boss in mission 8 and still get the no damage. You have to no hit the boss's first phase where he is still sitting down. After you break his shield and trigger the cutscene, you can just get hit on the second phase to end the mission since getting hit in the second phase is scripted to trigger a cutscene instead of being counted as taking a hit.

29.01.2023my issue with the game is i cant get all trophies as vergil … a lot of the trophies require you to finish the game as the other 3 and will not give you any trophy if you finish the game with vergil (apart from the vergil specific ones)

29.01.2023If you want a slightly challenging yet satisfying plat, SIFU is pretty good, you can cheese it by doing the trophies on easy difficulty but I strongly recommend hard difficulty (Hard diff is GOOOOOOOOOOOD)
